With a variety of active projects and a large volunteer staff, we harness our skills and resources to successfully achieve our goals.

Creating Something Better

Our Mission is to provide families with help and hope, to restore, rebuild and renew individuals in a safe and stable environment. The primary focus of any Center is to help individuals struggling with alcohol and drug addiction by restoring them to lives of constructive purpose and personal satisfaction. Chemical dependency destroys families, ruins careers, and compromises human dignity and self-esteem, affecting the lives of more than fifty million Americans each year.

CEO/Founder

Steve Demorin

After years of working a 9 to 5, I decided to create my dream of generational wealth and financial freedom through Real Estate investing. By specializing in Fix and Flips, my goal is to help myself, low-income and minority families accomplish economic empowerment and generational wealth through home ownership. I can relate to these families because I have been where they are. And using an open mind and thinking outside the box strategies makes me stand out. We believe difficulties are not an issue, but opportunities. Once rehab of distressed properties is done, they will either be sold to the families or rented to them to collect the income. With the cost of living continuously going up, we will offer homes that won’t finish your savings. The most important purchase any family can make is buying a home. But it’s the ability to pass it down that creates generational wealth. For families who want to buy a house, but aren’t all the way ready. We have rent-to-own programs to help while they prepare. However when the world was hit by the Pandemic and I saw how many families lost their jobs, fell into financial struggles, and because of that turned to substance abuse. I realize now that to really make a difference in my community, I not only need to provide housing for first-time homeowners, but also Low Income, Elderly, Handicapped, Veterans, and anyone dealing with addiction.
